Dancer must be continuously enrolled in program 3 months prior to performance in order to participate.
Registration includes: Performance Fee and Costume Fee (these fees are non-refundable after March 6th)
The manufacturers of these costumes make them to fit the average child, as you will notice some of the costumes will fit the kids perfectly and others will have to be taken in because they are slightly too big. We will be measuring each child and costumes will be ordered based on the recommendation of the manufacturers. If you feel your child’s costume needs alterations it is your responsibility to do this. Move & Groove is not capable of alterations. However, if your child’s costume is excessively too big or too small please contact us.
Each family is guaranteed two tickets. We will try to accommodate as many requests for extra tickets as possible – based on the number of seats available. Tickets are $10 apiece and seats will be assigned

Please read below regarding the details for the show, hopefully, this will answer all your questions.
The theater opens 30 minutes prior to your dancer’s performance.
Dancers should arrive to the theater dressed in their costume. Please have the same ONE person check dancer in prior to the performance and pick them up after. The Check-In Building is to the Right of the Theatre. As you face the front doors, you walk to the right side and across a small gravel lot to the check-in building. This will also be the pickup area – once the performance is completed. Each show will run no more than 30 minutes. Dancer should have their dance shoes on and not have any bags or other items with them when they check-in.
Please be on time for your performance. We will not re-do a dance again if a dancer is late and there will be NO refunds if a dancer does not perform.
NO DANCE BAGS BACKSTAGE, please have your child come to the check-in area with their dance shoes already on their feet. Please write your child’s name in his/ her dance shoes (just a precautionary measure). Girls’ hair should be in a neat ponytail. Please arrive dressed and ready to dance. Please do not wear dance shoes outside the theater venue.
All dancers must be checked in by their call time!! 30 minutes prior to show time
**Dancer Drop off/Pick up: Please only have ONE family member drop off and pick up dancer

**Please note that for your dancer’s safety, we will not be able to release children from the back until the performance is over. Our faculty will be busy with the children and running the show**

Please do not stand anywhere or block peoples view. There is no flash photography allowed. This is very distracting to performers.
Please be respectful of all performers and families. Do not enter or leave your seat until an intermission. Applaud after each number.
